New customer offers

Eligible new Personal and Team workspaces may see an introductory offer during onboarding or in the Quotaflow dashboard. The offer, price, and discount are calculated by Quotaflow; do not rely on browser-supplied amounts or discounts.

Choosing an offer

When an offer is available, choose either monthly or annual billing in the dashboard. The checkout page shows the exact recurring price and billing interval before confirmation. You may also skip the offer and continue with the workspace's default pay-as-you-go pricing.

An offer changes the workspace's eligible model-pricing terms. It does not create a new API key, expose upstream credentials, or change the OpenAI-compatible request and response formats.

Renewal and cancellation

Offer purchases renew at the interval shown at checkout. The dashboard lists active recurring purchases and lets the workspace owner schedule cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the offer remains active until then. When the recurring purchase ends, Quotaflow restores the workspace's default pay-as-you-go pricing terms.

If a renewal payment cannot be completed, the dashboard may show that the purchase needs attention. Resolve the payment issue before relying on offer pricing for future periods.

Refunds and support

Scheduling cancellation prevents future renewal; it is not an immediate refund. If you need help with a charge or believe a payment is incorrect, contact Quotaflow support from the dashboard with the purchase date and workspace name. Never include API keys or payment credentials in a support request.

API compatibility

New customer offers are a dashboard billing feature, not a separate public API. Continue using the same qf_... key and the documented OpenAI-compatible, Anthropic-compatible, or Gemini-compatible API endpoints.
